Overall Satisfaction with Square POS

We use the Square POS system to sell merchandise at our largest event of the year - our leadership conference in November. Square POS is super easy to set up, easy to take payments on, and overall super easy to use. I'm blown away at how user-friendly the platform is every time I use it. The reporting features are helpful and insightful. The fee structure is simple. It's easy to apply discounts if needed.
  • Super easy to use.
  • Works just as well from my iPhone as it does on an iPad or anything else.
  • Reporting functionality is great.
  • The website builder functionality on the desktop version is difficult to navigate but looks super clean
  • It has made tracking sales so much simpler and easier.
I haven't tried any other systems.
The FAQs are helpful. Also it's so user-friendly you probably won't have to contact support.

Coffee shops, boutiques, butcher shops, small merch sales, mobile businesses (trade show vendors, etc.), anyone who is running their own business (pool guy, music lessons, etc.). Even restaurants and retail could use the Square POS system. The functionality is honestly so robust that I can't think of a situation where it wouldn't work.
