Overall Satisfaction with Square POS

Square POS was an easy decision with no monthly fees and the ability to capture more customers asking for moving services without explicitly providing one in-store.

  • Ease of use.

Cons

  • Brighter screen.
  • Ease of use.
  • Customer service for issues.
  • Low fees.
  • Do not have to rely on POS we already have in use.
  • Can just do more then cash sales for moves.

Used Payal swipe card, doesn't have options for tips, and had a monthly fee at the time.
