We use Squarespace as our website. We have implemented many forms through it and other programs to easily track users and make the website more user friendly.

I think Squarespace is a great website creator for companies that do not want to have to do much on the website design and upkeep especially if you do not have a team or specific person making changes to the site. It is easy enough for someone who does not have experience in website design.
