Overall Satisfaction with StackAdapt

StackAdapt is used by our entire organization. We use it for retargeting advertising for ourselves and for clients.
  • Outstanding customer service - highly responsive.
  • Open to customer innovation - we have submitted multiple feature suggestions and seen them implemented - even new lines of business.
  • Simple to use interface - anyone comfortable with modern SaaS apps will have no problem using it.
  • Lack of highly refined targeting for job titles and geographies
  • No list-based retargeting
  • No option to hit specific domains individually without jerryrigging it
  • We have seen positive ROI from our ads.
  • In working with support, we have received custom guidance to reduce our cost per engagement.
  • We have seen substantial ROI from our custom development against the StackAdapt platform.
StackAdapt has better support, better integration, is easier to work with, and listens to customers. Other platforms serve up a take-it-or-leave-it attitude to all but the largest customers.
StackAdapt is best suited for companies which currently do native, display, and video advertising, and those companies doing retargeting. It is best for companies who have tight integration with their martech/adtech agencies.
