Overall Satisfaction with StackAdapt
We utilize StackAdapt to target users for a health & beauty franchisee in order to drive local-level reservations at our clients' centers. We use it primarily for one client, thought we have tested a few others, and sent out RFPs for a few others. We chose StackAdapt as another DSP we used was not driving efficient results, and we knew there was a better "solution" out there.
- Outstanding customer service: quick to respond, great (proactive) recommendations and reporting.
- Fair pricing.
- Great response time to RFPs with great insights and opportunities.
- Some of the audience targets are a bit small, even for less than niche audiences/targets.
- They are currently beating the CPA of two other "larger" DSPs.
- Oath Ad Platforms (formerly Brightroll) and Criteo Customer Acquisition
StackAdapt has better pricing, customer support, and results.
