Overall Satisfaction with Stripe

  • We launched our company using Stripe. We used Atlas to incorporate our company in the US.
  • Apart from this, we use Stripe to accept payments from our users. Plus, we use Stripe Issuing to issue virtual cards to our employees.
  • Stripe is great. It is a go-to destination whenever we need to accept payments. The UI, integration, and onboarding are hasslefree.
  • It helps businesses with their quick payments settlements time.

Pros

  • Super easy to integrate into Product. There are great docs with live examples.
  • Really quick bank settlement time.

Cons

  • Unavailable in all countries
  • Few products are invite only for long durations
  • The paid user's grew by around 28% due to the seamless UX
  • We got credits from Stripe since we are a startup. So this helps us in our early days and saves us $$.
  • It is challenging to integrate Razorpay into our product. It was because of poorly written docs. We had to wait a lot of time for their engineers to help us.
  • But Stripe solves all these issues plus has more to offer.
  • We are delighted with Stripe. We don't think of any other platform that offers the same features or support as Stripe.
  • In the Fintech industry, it is crucial to have an excellent support team since it's about finance, and there can't be any delays anywhere.
