Overall Satisfaction with Submittable

Each year my organization receives a great deal of applications, and Submittable makes it much easier to compile everything in one place, require answers to specific questions, and sort through the data once everything is submitted. The messaging platform is an especially helpful tool during the application process.

  • Clean interface

Cons

  • Messages are sometimes not delivered
  • Better customization of mass messages (often the user's name is not inputted correctly)
  • Launching a new grant takes minutes
  • I have saved so many hours using Submittable and gotten clearer data
Submittable's clean interface is especially notable as it makes it easier for myself and applicants to use. Actual usage is extremely user-friendly and I rarely need to consult the help page.
Submittable has so many functionalities which helps me when I need to ask applicants very specific questions or branch applicants off into differing categories. It is simple yet thorough.

Submittable is best for organizations with an ongoing application cycles. Customizing and building forms is quite easy. It saves me a lot of time in managing grant cycles. It does need to be better with message delivery as this is an ongoing issue for me.
