Overall Satisfaction with Supermetrics

Supermetrics is used for retrieving information from a traffic analysis platform Google Analytics. This has been used to retrieve data on a schedule. These Supermetrics sheets data are then used for powering up the reporting tools used in my organization.
  • Supermetrics is easy to use, the ui is helpful for creating queries.
  • Supermetrics allows to run the created queries on triggers.
  • Supermetrics allows to connect with different data sources like Google Analytics etc .,
  • Supermetrics sends alert on the failure of queries to the desired email address
  • Supermetrics fails queries due to errors frequently
  • Supermetric errors are hard to be fixed from user side
  • Supermetrics should include a help page to resolve the errors
  • Query builder
  • Connection to multiple in built data sources
  • Scheduled refresh
  • Improved Performance
  • High accuracy on reporting numbers
  • Easy to integrate in other reporting tools
Google Analytics has the ability to send reports similar to Supermetrics, but the disadvantage is that it can send only a limited number of rows. The report sent has to be consolidated and then used. Instead, Supermetrics allows to edit the way of reporting easily through the sidebar or through the Supermetrics main sheet

Supermetrics is very well suited for retrieving huge data sets. Supermetrics can be used in scenarios where the daily refresh of data needs to be done. Supermetrics can be used only when the data results are within the maximum row limit of the spreadsheet, it can be used to retrieve huge data sets exceeding the row limit.
