Overall Satisfaction with Supremo Remote Desktop

We use it as a link with our end customers for remote installation, configuration, and support. This allows us to expand our technical service range, enabling us to assist a customer in seconds without physically traveling to their location and providing the requested service, thus saving operating costs in time and money.

The usability is very simple; it has limited, simple functions, but it's suitable for many. For example, no installation is needed, and you don't need an account to use it. These are simple things that help facilitate use, although there are many things that could be improved, such as connection stability.
Supremo tends to be easier to use since it doesn't require installation or creating an account. Regarding compatibility with older operating systems like Windows, it tends to be one of the top choices because others are sometimes incompatible. Its execution tends to be lightweight, requiring minimal computer resources, and the most useful and basic functions are readily accessible.
