Overall Satisfaction with SurePayroll
They are my payroll processing system. There isn't anything more sophisticated than that.
Pros
- They haven't screwed up a government filing yet
Cons
- Customer service is terrible, it took me 90 minutes to speak with someone in billing
- They have double billed me, their invoices have inaccurate descriptions of the line items
- They have lied to me about what my pricing will be moving forward
- The user interface is terrible
- The last time I had to speak to customer service, it took 90 minutes to speak with a human
- I have had to reach out a number of times because they have double billed me, or they have billed me incorrect amounts
I have not evaluated other products yet, but I plan to transition as soon as I have the time. I will transition to literally anyone else.
