Overall Satisfaction with SurePayroll

SurePayroll is being used by our business for payroll and certified payroll. I find it easy to use and easier to manage than any other service we've used in 18 years. Their customer support is outstanding.

Pros

  • Adding new personal and tracking 1099 contractors
  • Printing and distribution of checks, 1099, 941, W2
  • It works well with our annual Workers comp audits
  • They've been very helpful with yearend reviews and any changes in updating forms

Cons

  • Better chat bot interaction
  • 100% positive,
  • Reduced our monthly cost from 1,500 to less than $100
Its very easy to implement, and training & support is fantastic.
Since we started with them at the bank for $39 per month 8 years ago, I have compared them to ADP and QuickBooks.

I love SurePayroll. Their telephone support is awesome. I travel a lot so it allows me to manage company payroll from anywhere in the world. I can change deductions, do 401K deductions, run reports, and do insurance reviews for our company's insurance broker. They even created a Paycheck Protection report for me to download to share with our bank. There isn't much that isn't possible with SurePayroll. The great thing is it gives me control at my fingertips. The errors that I had with a call-in payroll just never happen anymore.

It depends what is needed for the organization. Our team was very small and didn't need muchc.
Best practices is what we do is having a 2nd review process once payroll is completed.
No - we have not done any customization to the interface
Some - we have added small pieces of custom code - We just added code for retirement funds.
None other were completed

They are always a phone call away and within minutes help walk through any solution. Their customer support is knowledgeable, patient and always there when you need them.

No, I thought it would be fine without. I was correct, for what we needed we didn't need premium suppport.
We needed to replace some checks. They provided the extra support as the spelling of the name came back incorrect.

We were able to calculate different hourly numbers when we completed Certified Payroll for professional services.

In retrospect, I wouldn't change anything.
Just be open and honest with them and you'll have a great experience.
