Overall Satisfaction with SurveyGizmo
Survey Gizmo is being used in the organization primarily for surveys used to identify consumer and product opportunities, path to purchase research, brand research, and trade-off analysis. It's only used in the marketing research department by maybe 4-5 people casually, but I'm the power user for Survey Gizmo and developing surveys.
- Cost effective
- Solves complicated analysis
- Survey platform
- Not the best user experience in developing long surveys
- Not a completely seamless integration of redirects
- Could be better skip logic
- Positive ROI since it saved us over a $100K in survey platform costs while performing the same task
- There's some down time to get acclimated with the program
Best alternative and value for the cost EASILY. AND it performs similar or more functions than that of Qualtrics. Survey Monkey is just terrible.
