Overall Satisfaction with Symantec Endpoint Protection

symantec Endpoint Protection is used across the entire organization. If the company goes with this product, we install for all computers and remote devices. This does allow us to centrally managed each endpoint well.

  • Slows down computer
  • Pushing installs from the Manager
  • Pushing updates
  • Costly
  • Hard to resell something this expensive
  • Management is much simpler from the server.
Symantec Endpoint Protection is one of the better solutions out there for anti-virus.
This is a great software for detecting and stopping viruses and malware. We rarely had anything get through this besides Crypto Wall. Crypto Wall will get through almost anything with its ever evolving versions. We used this for our medical customers and trusted this to keep breaches from happening on the devices.
