Overall Satisfaction with Syncro

We had migrated from another product which was just a mess, Syncro offered a simple(in a good way) clean offering that worked out of the box

  • Ability to create teams
  • Saved us hundreds of dollars switching from previous provider
It’s very easy and basically ready to use out of the box . While they offer integrations and the like, you can get running on day 1 while you work on the integrations and other tweaks

Currently Really great for small to medium sizes msps, they are constantly evolving and adding features to try and pull in bigger companies
