Overall Satisfaction with Taleo
I was working with Coke products as one of my clients and Taleo was very user friendly and efficient. They system was very organized and assisted me with meeting monthly and daily goals. I would recommend the use of Taleo as a means of tracking applicants in all sectors. Two thumbs up for me.

- Helped meet service level agreement (SLA)
- Maybe it could be more personalized to each client...although that may be expensive...it's just a suggestion.

Using Taleo
- Applicant Tracking

- Pipeline
- When a client was looking to hire right away I could go to Taleo and use the pipeline of candidates that were passed on by previous employers.
- Makes sourcing a lot more manageable. It could be really tedious.
