Overall Satisfaction with TapClicks

It is being used in the Marketing department and for monthly data visualizations for the purpose of monthly marketing operational metrics.

Pros

  • Flexibility and versatility of data visulaizations
  • Feature rich
  • Can identify trends fairly easily

Cons

  • Extremely laborious in set-up
  • Little in the way of tech support
  • Difficulty in pulling programmatic advertising data from various publishers and 3rd part ad platforms
Birds-eye view metrics for monthly reporting = well suited
If you are rushed for time and have less time to dedicate for set-up, it is not an ideal solution
