Overall Satisfaction with TapClicks

Our fulfillment team currently uses TapClicks. We are responsible for providing reports for all client campaigns across both of our locations. Using TapClicks frees up my team's time to focus on other tasks besides pulling reporting. The TapClicks reports are very easy to use and easy for our clients to understand.

Pros

  • Easy to add clients to dashboard
  • Easy to understand reports and metrics
  • Easy to schedule monthly reporting

Cons

  • Needs improvement on being able to customize reports
I haven't come across any scenarios where TapClicks wasn't appropriate. TapClicks is well suited for a digital agency that supplies monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting for their clients.
