Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Pigeon Messengr was first only used by our IT department but is now used across the whole company after covid-19 started. Many of our jobs including mine went remote. By using the product, I am able to talk to whoever I need to with just a click. No more waiting around to see if someone read your email. The Outlook integration allows you to keep track of everything that happens throughout your day. Using instant messaging to communicate with your team is efficient and time-saving.

Pros and Cons

The ability to search for co-workers at different locations easily
The emojis are fun
You can be on a call but still can do work on your computer

The integration with Trello doesn't always work and things get missed.
Sometimes memory usage goes high while using, which does not occur with other video conference platforms
It has the drawback that it sometimes uses a considerable amount of computer resources
The price could always be better

It has proven to be a useful tool for exchanging documents.
The text messaging and chat features are simple and intuitive.

Return on Investment

Positive: We could see immediate improvement communication once we added Pigeon Messengr
Negative: People socialize and don't work sometimes, but there is no way to track that. Just my feelings.

Cisco Jabber and Webex Meetings

In comparison to other products such as Jabber and Webex, this has been the best application. The price is similar but functionality is better.

Pigeon Messengr is well suited for companies that have many employees that are spread out in different locations. It is well suited for remote companies as well. Pigeon Messengr allows employees to stay connected through text, video, or the phone building relationships and culture. Many people have had strong communications thanks to the video call feature at our company Pigeon Messengr would not be helpful for small companies. This is because it would be overkill in a small team and the price is also somewhat high but not unresaonable.

Pigeon Messengr has proven to be a very useful tool for staying in touch and collaborating with others, especially during the pandemic.
