Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I've been using TeamViewer for many years [at previous jobs], and last year our company decided to buy TeamViewer and use it to address our needs.
We use it a lot for remote support and connecting to our clients' servers.
We're saving a lot of time, due to the fluid remote assistance. It's easy to use.

  • Dedicated remote support channels
  • Expensive Licensing
  • Can't execute scripts on remote computers
  • Less time spent to troubleshooting problems due to the remote support software malfunctions
  • No annual fees
I recommend TeamViewer for a company that requires remote support for employees or clients because it's easy to use and deploy.
It's a good start and a solid company to start with.
The good aspect of the licensing is that you don't have an annual fee or a user fee. You can pay one time and use your version of Teamviewer forever but updates are not included.
If you require enterprise functions I suggest another software.
