Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

The Implementation was fairly smooth as this is only installing the application straightforward. Most use cases are easy to implement. In my use case, initial setup was done very smoothly and this tool started acting without additional effort. It took much time to implement managing permission and security settings.
TeamViewer is the comprehensive solution that offers remote access to allow users to connect securely. Many organizations face issues with how to connect remote users securely; there are many options, but not all are secure. To enhance this, TeamViewer uses end-to-end encryption with multilayer security to connect remote users safely and securely.

Pros

  • TeamViewer is a secure solution that uses encryption to secure remote access.
  • It has user-friendly graphics that a non-IT person can use very easily
  • Since it uses special encryption, no VPN is required.

Cons

  • Sometimes it faces latency
  • it lags sometimes with minor screen resolution.
