Overall Satisfaction with Tettra

Tettra is being used by our IT department mainly for their documentation. Having an easy to set-up and easy to use wiki is far better than to set something up yourself. For now, the free version is enough, though some of the integrations in other versions are looking interesting!
  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to set-up.
  • The free version has basic integration options.
  • For the paid plans nice extra features (ie API).
  • As the premise of Tettra is more or less "keep is simple", I do not want it to grow in a complete full-feature service. Keep it simple!
  • Good wiki's mean centralized documentation, meaning better productivity.
  • You can export the pages, so no vendor lock-in.
Both products are comparable. our company allows a certain number of similar products, so we use both for different teams.
I base the rating on the online availability of the help system. The product is quite intuitive but the questions I did have were answered on the online help. That is always better than having to contact support as then you have to wait longer than just a search on the website.

Yes

Did Tettra live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Tettra go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Tettra again?

Yes

Tettra is excellent for a small team wiki. It is easy to set-up and use, and for many teams the free version is enough. New features are added regularly. One of the features I would like to see is 2FA for email accounts or even SAML integration.
