Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We chose Text-Em-All during the 2020 COVID shutdown to be able to communicate quickly with all of our Team Members. After we reopened and are back in the office, Text-Em-All is much more efficient and effective to communicate with our Field Team as they do not have quick access to computers or emails. We have been able to set up the groups within the system which makes a quick text communication with certain Team Members easy.

Pros

  • Ability to set up groups and have Team Members assigned to multiple groups.
  • Quickly able to add or delete Team Members
  • Easy to follow "instructions" to create a broadcast.
  • Email communication when a broadcast is sent successfully or if there are issues with the broadcast.
  • Quick and easy to add credits.

Cons

  • When a Team Member texts back to the number provided by Text-Em-All, I may not see the response until days later.

As mentioned previously, our Field Team Members are spread between 5 different counties at our jobsites. Text-Em-All is perfect to reach all the Team Members quickly to share information, provide contact, etc. We can choose to send to a group or to an individual quickly and easily. Text-Em-All is also cost effective and a good program to use.
