Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Pre-start messages for new hires, production, and attendance change communications to associates. It helps to get out vital communication to our associates in the fastest way possible. Business needs for clients can change at the drop of a hat, and this software allows us to confirm the information and let workers know of changes as soon as they happen.

Great basis for what the app is used for and can be utilized for. There are many options with this software that is extremely helpful to our business and does a lot to create time-saving and direct contact with employees.

When scheduling new starts, we can use this to get out a message with details prior to their first day of work. Reaching out in bulk to over 50 employees at once when production is canceled or updating them on attendance policy changes enables saving time and resources on a consistent basis.
