Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is such a huge help to my business. It allows us to seamlessly communicate with our network. It is so easy to use and we love how we can also communicate individually with people that respond to our mass texts.

Pros

  • Lets us know who opts out of text messages
  • Sends messages quickly
  • We love the copy and paste feature, and that we don't have to upload a file each time we want to send out a text

Cons

  • When we include links in our texts, sometimes it shows up as spam for people
  • The copy and paste feature
  • Letting us know who opts out of texts
  • Incredible time savings when reaching out to a large group of contacts
  • The read rate/response rate is WAY higher than emails
