Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All every month for two days to notify customers of past-due balances on their bills. TText-Em-All reaches 500 customers in approximately no time. This makes our communication with our customers fast, easy, and awesome. The calls are very effective; this gets the customers in to pay us quickly.

Pros

  • Sends messages out quickly
  • Easy to use
  • Communicates a lot of information about calls received, sent to voicemail...etc

Cons

  • As a voice option, I currently use my voice on the recording. would love for a computer voice to go out, instead of mine.
  • Emails of balance and purchase options, periodically, instead of notifying you when you are setting up calls.
  • An email if a customer opts out of receiving calls
  • The chart tells us how many calls have been completed
  • The reports of phone numbers and how the calls were taken
  • The email letting us know all the calls went out
  • Positive: Anytime we send the calls out, our influx of income increases greatly.
  • Positive: People respond fast to the call.
  • Positive: An incredible tool for having customers' pay balances that impact end-of-the-month reports for our accountant.
I have never had to contact Text-Em-All's support team.

I give Text-Em-All a 10 out of 10! Text-Em-All works great if you are trying to get a message out to a large number of people quickly. If you are trying to reach a handful of people, this may be overkill.

Using Text-Em-All

When I am training employees on how to use Text-Em-All, they always say, " That is so cool" My employees love using it to send messages to our customers. The customer's either love it or hate it but can't say enough about how effective it is. It's amazing how fast we start hearing from our customers when the calls go out!
