Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All as been our saving grace for the last three years! Especially during COVID. It was imperative as a healthcare facility to get pertinent information out to all of our resident family members and staff during these times. We still use it today to update our families on current events and send engagement videos to our employees. Our employees love that they can send us a message when it is convenient for them, and they know that we will answer as soon as possible!

Pros

  • We are able to upload phone numbers instead of manually adding them one at a time
  • We can send out video links & messages
  • We can send out recorded messages as well for those that don't have text messaging
  • We can run reports to see if there are any messages that did not deliver
  • We are able to have a log of messages & who we contacted for record keeping

Cons

  • Sometimes we have people that don't receive the messages but haven't unsubscribed, and it is difficult to pinpoint why
  • Text message notification
  • Phone message notification
  • Ability for people to respond
  • Staff engagement
  • Negative: It is expensive to pay by credit.
  • Negative: There are limits on the amount of characters per the monthly paid plan
I give Text-Em-All's support team a 9 out of 10. The Text-Em-All support team has always been great at getting back to me quickly. There are features on their site where you can submit questions and email. When we have an issue, they follow up promptly and ask if there is anything else they can help us with. Everyone I have talked to through the chat or email has been very knowledgeable.

I give Text-Em-All a 9 out of 10. Text-Em-All has been great for us to get messages out quickly. We utilize this for family members at our healthcare facility as well as employees that work at our healthcare facility. It would be nice to have an integration option with our EMR system (for family members) and our employee HR software. This would reduce the amount of uploading of phone numbers or manual entry.
