Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is a great way to get information out quickly to all of our employees. We use it for emergencies, outages, plant shutdowns due to weather, power, etc. This saves our employees time but not coming in when we closed due to inclement weather. We've also used it when we've had a power outage so everyone is aware of the situation and what they should do. Very easy to use from a computer or the app from a mobile device.

  • Transparency on how many credits it takes per text, we always have to guess on how much to purchase

  • Multiple users can send out the message
  • Grouping employees by location so you can send out to only one group instead of everyone in some cases

  • Quickness in getting out communication

We had a T-line cut by a contractor in our area and lost all internet. We found out that they would not be able to repair it until well after closing time so we were able to send out a text to everyone since we couldn't send an e-mail and let them know of the situation and that they could go home if they didn't have anything to do because they loss use of their computers.
