Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We primarily used Text-Em-All to notify people of our COVID protocols at the theatre before shows. We also used Text-Em-All to remind people about their upcoming show or to notify them that a show has been rescheduled.

  • Reporting on who received the calls
  • Reporting on whether someone live answered or went to voicemail
  • scheduling multiple robocalls in advance
  • easy to upload call lists

Cons

  • audio quality of message

  • Reporting on who received calls and how they received it
  • Better method of communication over email for immediate issues that customers need to be aware of
