Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use Text-Em-All at FBC through our events and community camps. We communicate with parents, volunteers, and vendors through this app. The only downside this year is I was having trouble sending a broadcast from the app itself and had to do it on my laptop.

Pros

  • Broadcasts Texts.
  • Allows you to import contacts.

Cons

  • Make the app inclusive, like the desktop site.
  • Mass SMS.
  • Organization and history of the text.
  • Communication has risen tremendously.
  • Improved delivery rates.
I haven't had issues with customer service or support.
Was not cost-effective, compared to Text-Em-All.

I think it is definitely well-suited for texting groups. I love that individuals can communicate personally through this app as well.
