Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I use this service to keep my clients updated on what is happening in the market. They receive a daily phone message and on report days receive texts explaining the report and its impact. Text-Em-All is very important to our operation in keeping clints fully up to date on market information.

Pros

  • The service works
  • It is simple to use
  • Provides speedy connection's to my clients

Cons

  • My use is very repetitive in regards to making the text or recording the message so the more ease in duplication the better
  • Ease and speed of use. Its everything when you are a market consultant.
  • I would say some of my clients continue to subscribe to the service just for the daily messages and texts on report days. So it certainly helps the bottom line.
If I have a question, they are quick to respond and they take suggestions too.

For quick connection to clients, its great. If your message is long, texting could take some abbreviations and in recording 2 minutes is not that long.
