Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We use TextEmAll to communicate to all of our field staff in emergency and routine communications. We use it to communicate day to day messages for scheduling, payroll questions and managerial communications.

Pros

  • Broadcasts to all employees urgent messages
  • Allows quick direct communications with individual staff
  • Lets us look back at communications to clear up errors
  • Lets us improve our quality initiatives

Cons

  • Needs a little more cell phone app improvements
  • Linking old communications with new phone numbers when employees update their numbers.
  • Group messaging

  • Our healthcare field staff cannot always answer their phones while on duty. TextEmAll allows them to glance at messages in real time without having to stop and speak on the phone.
  • Our employees don't answer their phones anymore.
Someone always answers my concerns. Unfortunately, sometimes they are not able to overcome my issue.

It allows all of our office staff to continually monitor communications so that we can all stay on the same page.
