Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We use Text-Em-All to broadcast important information to our associates. Sending a mass text is more efficient than posting a memo on a board or monitor and is communicated within minutes. Great app. I would highly recommend this app.
- Fast messaging
- Ability to copy old messages and paste in a new message with modifications
- Associates are able to message back with any questions or concerns.
- We can tell when an associate does not receive a message.
- We would like to be able to use more characters in the messages
- The ability to translate the messages in different languages
- The ability to download a pdf or something compatible in the message
- The ability to send mass texts within minutes.
- The ability to be able to pick all associates or just a few for messaging
- Our associates being able to communicate with us regarding the text
- Efficient way of communicating versus posting a memo on a bulletin board
- Being able to see how many texts went through and who did not receive them
- Very easy to use and being able to save message.
This is great to get an important communication to over a hundred associates in a hurry even after business hours. Even being able to send a message to not park in a certain area due to last minute construction is awesome.
Text-Em-All was first choice and came highly recommended.

We did not have a need for it.
During Covid, we had to shut down for one day and Text-Em-All was a great asset in helping us to communicate this for the next day especially since some of our associates had already gone home
