Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a Pastor, the need often arises for mass communication with the members of our congregation (prayer line requests, schedule changes, general announcements, etc.). Before we started using Text-em-all, that required making calls to every household and repeating the same information several times. The time involved in those phone calls was prohibitive. With Text-Em-All, I set up one broadcast, make 1 phone call, and everybody in the church gets the message. We love it.

In the app, the done button needs a warning - it is for the message - not the page.
Exception needed in blocked words - (family in our church - last name Coon - not allowed.)

Our only problem is with the blocked words. We have a family in our church with the last name Coon. When they call for prayer, I have to be very creative to inform the church of their situation.

When there is inclement weather, there are occasions when we have to make decisions close to church time. Text-Em-All makes that possible much quicker than we could do on our own. Also, when there are accidents or illnesses in our church family, we can keep everyone informed concerning the condition of the individual involved.
