Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
Our church actually uses the Call-Em-All feature. It is used to broadcast prayer requests, funeral arrangements, trustee business, and general announcements. This allows us to reach everyone simultaneously with one phone call, compared to our previous method of calling each member separately, which is much more convenient. I would recommend this service to any other church facing the same issues.

- allow for only one number to be selected for calling groups instead of including all numbers for a household.
- Allow for the caller to be identified by another method than caller ID. Some cell phone numbers do not display the Caller ID info properly.

- Positive - more convenient than making individual calls to everyone
- Negative - we have grown too dependent upon the service, where in some cases we maybe should be meeting out in person for prayer instead of just calling members to pray remotely.
