Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

Text-Em-All is used to send important SMS to my customer base. It is useful when the SMS is a mass urgent message that needs to be delivered.

Pros

  • User friendly interface

Cons

  • A lag when sending to a large number of recipients at one time

  • May take a long time to get your number verified to use. It's dependent on the carriers.

  • Time saved reaching out to a large number of contacts
Their support is very helpful and friendly. They followed up with me multiple times as promised.
Text-Em-All was easier to use in terms of adding contacts, creating the SMS, and sending it. Delivery rates were much better as well.

There have been cases where I had to send mass SMS and voice messages to my customer base. Text-Em-All worked well for me. It was easy to use and with the right understanding of sending mass messages, I could swiftly send the SMS and voice messages over a span of a couple days.
