Overall Satisfaction with The Raisers Edge
We use Raisers Edge for victim data, donor data, contacts for the director, as well as emails for e-alerts, when there are food recalls. We also pull contact inform from individuals, organizations, and donors for our appeals we mail out.
- Easy to use.
- When entering new constituent records it asks you to verify it isn't a duplicate record before saving. This is helpful with making sure you don't have duplicate records for constituents.
- Easy to enter donations.
- Online instructions on the easiest, best way to run queries, export data, import data.
- Offer more Chicago Raiser's Edge training classes.
- Either Include NCOA Address Verify plug in tool as a bundle package for new Raiser's Edge Customers or offer it to existing customers at a discounted rate.
- Better, up to date constituent records.
