Overall Satisfaction with JazzHR

We are using the Resumator throughout our organization. Each department has their own team.

The problem I had was that one employee cannot be under different teams, but this was fixed when the "hiring team" tab was added.
  • Ease of use.
  • Great customer service.
  • It can be tailored to your company's needs.
  • The functionality of having a special link to give to head hunters is quite complicated and they need to refresh their browser all the time.
  • Increases employee efficiency.
The Resumator was just easier to use & the interface is much nicer than Jobvite's.
I think that the Resumator is very user friendly, easy to use and understand. It is also nice that it can be tailor made to what your company needs as far as recruiting goes.

Using JazzHR

We've received a lot of positive feedback from our employees regarding ease of use of the product. There really is no not a lot of training needed.
