Overall Satisfaction with Tipalti
We use Tipalti to pay our developers (weekly and monthly - total of payments in the thousands monthly). Tipalti has excellently solved our problem of paying thousand of developers in countries throughout the world using various payment methods.
Pros
- Ability to link seamlessly to company's webpage
- Excellent Customer Support
- Ease of use
Cons
- It's sometimes hard to determine if a payee is indeed payable (but this seems to occur only on a seldom basis and for recipients in hard-to-pay countries)
- Tipalti has decreased manpower needed in making our weekly and monthly payments
- Tipalti handles all tax forms (obtaining W-8 and W8BEN as well as 1099 reporting)
I haven't used any competitor products but if I ever left my current company and needed to find a similar solution, I'd certainly go to Tipalti again.
