Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

I am an intern at a high school in Amsterdam, we use TOPdesk to manage reports quicker than normal. We currently haven't automated anything in TOPdesk and only use the basics. Ever since we have started using TOPdesk, we've been able to handle everything way quicker. Although it still takes up time we want to work towards automating everything so it takes up as little time as possible.

It's well suited for the school I'm an intern at because teachers won't need to walk all the way to our office in the building to tell us something that's wrong. They can pretty quickly write up a message to us and it'll create a ticket in TOPdesk for us to handle.
