Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

We use TOPdesk for Incident, problem and change management for IT, Facility Management and Human Resource Management. Our scope is to become the One Stop Shop for every colleague of our organisation.

TOPdesk is standardized where it should and customizable where it has to be. it is better tailored to the need than other packages
There is a very rich knowledge center, community contributions, api documentation. You can contact support directly if needed, but most of the times I can get the right answer from the knowledge database.
TOPdesk is loved by the whole organization. It is a huge step back if we are not renewing our TOPdesk application.
