I don't have much experience with other competitors. I've been very happy with using TrackMaven. I think the team at TrackMaven has been really great in taking the time to make sure I understand the platform and that I am getting all of my questions answered. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
I think for someone using this as a social tracking tool, you will be impressed with the metrics it provides. From a media listening standpoint, I think there is room for improvement. TrackMaven seems to cater more to social performance.
