Overall Satisfaction with TravelBank

TravelBank is our organization's tool for managing expense reports and travel.
  • TravelBank makes it very easy to upload receipts for expense reports.
  • TravelBank's workflow is intuitive.
  • Reviewing past expenses is a challenge. It's not easy to find them because they are considered "reports".
  • Past expenses have been paid but still are labeled "pending".
  • TravelBank makes it easy for employees to quickly submit expense reports and have them processed in a timely manner.
We evaluated a host of other options. TravelBank best suited the needs of our small organization as it is affordable and not complex. It does just what we need.
TravelBank offers readily available chat support directly in the app. Offline support doesn't exist though - or at least I have not found it. There's no FAQ or knowledge base for reference.

TravelBank is well suited for organizations that are looking for a simple solution to manage expense reporting and un-complex travel. If you are frequent travel with multi-leg itineraries or more demanding scenarios, you might find TravelBank lacking.
