Overall Satisfaction with TravelBank
TravelBank is currently being used across the whole company. Employees use the platform to track, log and submit all expenses. Some employees also use the travel booking feature, as well.
The shift to TravelBank eliminated our use of manual expense reports in the form of Excels, which were problematic due to version control, errors, inconsistencies, incomplete fields, and tracking.

- Ease of use - TravelBank is super user-friendly and easy to use whether you use the platform online or through their app.
- Ability to effectively track expense submission, approval and reimbursement process. TravelBank allows users to see exactly where their expense report is in the process.
- The scanning tool, which is meant to extract information from a photograph of the receipt, is not the best. More often than not, information is incorrect or simply not populated.
- The digital reimbursement method currently built into TravelBank is a wire transfer which means that our company incurs costs when reimbursing in this way. Therefore, we are still using paper checks to reimburse employees. We would love to see a partnership with a digital partner such as Venmo or PayPal to mitigate this.
- Positive - Significantly less time spent on employee expense reimbursement process.
