Overall Satisfaction with TripActions

TripActions is being used across our entire organization. We're headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska but also have primary offices in London, UK, and Sydney, Australia. TripActions has greatly improved their product in EMEA and APAC which has aligned perfectly with our locations. The ease of use of the product has increased our adoption to probably 90%, whereas we were around 50% with our prior booking tool. It's also improved our hotel spending to around $115/night worldwide.

  • Local point of sale for LATAM countries.
  • Cheaper hotel costs due to wide inventory (direct from hotels, Priceline, Hotels.com rates, etc.).
  • Saves our employees tons of time booking travel.
  • Makes my life easier that I don't have to do travel support for our employees on the road.
We did not have a good experience with Concur. It was difficult to use and outdated. I spent many days helping our travelers try to find the correct flights on Concur, or helping them troubleshoot errors. TripActions was a huge improvement and both myself and our travelers recognized the improvements immediately.
I believe TripActions would be great for any business. Particularly for our company, we're a young group with many 20-40-year-old employees. We needed a modern, easy-to-use booking tool. We're a sports technology company so our employees can recognize a good product, and we've found that in TripActions. Their great support team has also been a top piece of feedback I've received from our travelers.
