Overall Satisfaction with TripActions
Right now, we are piloting TripActions within a particular geography (US). The plan would be to roll out TripActions globally.

We use it as a centralized tool for travel booking. The primary business problems it solves are:
- Centrally tracking travel spend, identifying levers for cost reduction and "high spenders."
- Ease of booking with a corporate credit card.
- Ease of use -- really nice interface and logical layout. Can do what I need to do (e.g., select flight seat).
- Storing all my loyalty programs & key info (e.g., TSA pre-check number) in a single place, and automatically using this information wherever relevant.
- Worst experience thus far has been having to wait for TripActions to hold with an airline (United) when a flight was canceled. I know this is likely out of their control, but it would be good to have better re-booking / flight change capabilities without having to contact the airline.
- I'm not sure what we pay for it, so can't comment here.
I was not part of the evaluation process.
