Overall Satisfaction with TripActions
TripActions is being used to help employees (across the org) book trips in a one stop shop way and then TripActions also works with our expense system in order to help draft an expense report. It helps to keep everything for the business travel all in once place.
- It sorts the searches by reward points.
- It stores your reward cards so the consumer doesn't have to re-enter each time.
- It is comparable to other prices online and it lets you know if your company has special deals.
- Consistent pricing across the org. I tried to book a trip right after a co-worker did at a hotel. She received rewards and I didn't.
I think TripActions is better since visually it is easier to review the trip. The appeal to the eye is nice.
