Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use the TrustRadius reviews to showcase how current customers are using our product, as well as gather feedback in order to make product and service updates. Our pre-sales team shares the reviews with potential customers and our product marketing team brings the feedback back to our engineering team. It's a great way to engage with our customers more closely and understand how they articulate their usage of the product.

Pros

  • Easy to review, publish and promote customer reviews.
  • Shareable content that is ideal for sales and marketing teams
  • Very supportive and involved team!

Cons

  • The amount of information can become overwhelming -- it's a good problem to have but I'd like a more digestible way of promoting and/or exporting the content.
  • I think the landing pages could use some improvement aesthetically.

It's been great! The team is very responsive to questions we may have and always keeps us up to date with the latest product changes. They really care that we are using TrustRadius to its fullest!
TrustRadius is extremely simple to use and easy for both our sales and marketings teams to leverage and share with customers. It's also great for showcasing the real usage of a product, and engendering trust with potential customers, proving that what the aforementioned sales and marketing teams say is in fact true.

    Catherine - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I especially love to hear kudos for the TrustRadius team - we set a very high standard for ourselves. Please let me know if we ever fall short in any way. I agree that we need to do more to make reporting available at your fingertips, with better export capabilities and more ways to share. We made TrustQuotes more portable last year and added export capabilities to Visitor Insights last month. Next up are dashboard views, the ability to filter and export references, and better visibility into commenting. Stay tuned!
