Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

  • TrustQuotes Library
  • TrustQuotes for Web
  • TrustProfile (Premium Profile)
We are using the review widgets on our web properties and seeing increased engagement and clicks on BUY where reviews are placed

Pros

  • Reviews widget configuration and customization
  • Ease of gathering reviews. Process for customers is simple

Cons

  • A qualified leads program would be interesting
  • Maybe it's time to update the site design
  • Competitive advertising options to get in front of the audience
  • Increase brand awareness
  • Manage brand reputation
  • Scale customer proof through reviews
  • Identify candidates for case studies & advocacy
  • Increase landing page conversion
We did one, short test on a high traffic landing page (reviews widget vs. no reviews widget). The page with the TR widget received 10% more clicks on BUY buttons. Results on conversion inconclusive
G2Crowd. IT central station. Capterra.

We see it as a strategy to not choose one but all. We use the TR vendor options the most though in our marketing.
We do not have any proof points on this yet
Well suited for any product where your direct competition is being reviewed and seen as an option in the market as a solution in a similar space

Relationship with TrustRadius

They are great. Always have been available to answer my questions and proactively reach out to see if I need anything.

Thank you for taking the time to share a thoughtful review. As the Head of Customer Success at TrustRadius, I'm especially glad to hear you describe our team as "proactive". That's the kind of partner we strive to be. I absolutely understand the appetite for paid lead and advertising programs. G2Crowd, Capterra and other sites focus on converting their traffic to salable leads and referral clicks. True to your "all of the above" approach, we expect that you'll also use directory sites if they help your business. But we've never been interested in building a site that just uses reviews as a way to "decorate" a directory listing or as "bait" for search traffic. From the get-go, we've focused instead on creating high-quality content that is extremely valuable to both buyers and vendors. And you can confidently use our content in your sales and marketing programs because our site doesn't "pounce" on the visitors you refer to us. You can read more about our strategic choice here: https://vendors.trustradius.com/why-we-turned-away-from-paid-lead-generation/ On the site design, I agree that we have some work ahead of us in updating the TrustRadius site. If you have specific areas you'd like us to prioritize, please let me know. We have a project under way right now to overhaul our Vendor Portal and we're also hiring a UX expert this quarter to take things up a notch across the board. If you know of any strong candidates, please refer them here: https://www.trustradius.com/static/careers?bzid=d46d4227f2f1 As always, thank you for choosing us as a trusted partner. Sincerely, Patrick Hansen VP Customer Success, TrustRadius (512) 560-1020
