Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
Tsheets is very easy to use and most of the issues / questions we have can be solved using their Live Chat feature. It has helped to streamline our payroll process. They are also very quick to respond if for some reason we do have to call in and talk to their help desk. (Generally is is because we have upgraded computer equipment and want help to walk us through updating the Web Sync features.) BD1
- Track employees current locations using GPS when they are logged in using the app on their smart phone.
- Allows us to look up historical time data quickly.
- Locking the time sheets once they have been imported into QB keeps employees from going back and changing their time.
- A few more reporting options would be better to pull reports not only be time periods and employees, but maybe by customer's also
- Allow for multiple payroll schedules
- It has saved us time when trying to complete payroll.

Tsheets cost less and is more user friendly and allows the company to have more control over employees time.
