Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets is incredibly easy to use and understand. There's no millions of reports or buttons to use. It's organized like a spreadsheet, and all you do is fill it in. The integration with QuickBooks is rapid and complete. Absolutely no complaints!
  • Ease of use. Can use it 'right out of the box' so to speak. Link it to QuickBooks, set up your workers, and off you go.
  • Reliable - the system has never been 'down' to my knowledge.
  • Mobility. I'm able to connect on multiple devices with no problem.
  • Tech support. When I have run into an issue, I've always been able to get a hold of someone quickly and get it resolved.
  • I used to have to use spreadsheets, and copy and paste. Now, I save lots of time, and don't have to do that.
  • I know my clients are being billed for the correct amount of time and services, so we spend less time and embarrassment on errors and disputes.
  • As a business owner, I can sleep at night knowing my billing is going out correctly.
TSheets is much more simple and easy to use. It also connects directly to my QuickBooks file, so I don't have to worry about anything getting dropped off. The other products tend to be incompatible or limiting in function, so, therefore, were not as useful or complete. TSheets syncs beautifully!
The product works well with organizations that need to manage groups of workers against a number of clients. We do a lot of project management jobs, so we need to track service items against about 20 clients with several workers who tend to be in the field. So, they need to be able to enter time remotely.
